Whole Foods Plant Based

When you switch to plant based eating, it's super important to feel supported during your transition. You can choose to do it overnight, or over a longer period, but whatever you choose, there are some changes that need to happen, which can be a bit confusing. Heidi will support you to understand the hidden additives in food, how to mange probing questions from 'concerned' friends and family asking if you're getting enough protein and calcium. You will also learn how to plan ahead and and even how to navigate going out to dinner!

Package 1 - One-One - Online/In person

Yep, you read that right! Carb lovers can rejoice, as you understand how and why you can add a high ratio of complex carbohydrates into your diet. Research has shown carbs can reduce levels of diabetes, insulin resistance, fat levels, and cholesterol levels. Have you wondered why, if you've ever followed a low carb/high animal protein way of eating, once you stop you binge and then put back on the weight, and maybe more? It's because science shows that humans are natural herbivores that require a majority of their calories from carbohydrates to function in a healthy and dis-ease free way. Carbs make you feel full, satisfied and very, very happy!

There are many reasons people choose to go 'plant based'. This could be to support their health, lose weight, or to reverse a chronic illness. It may also be to stop contributing to the suffering of other sentient beings, with over a trillion fish and sea life killed, and over 60 billion land animals killed each year for food.
